Request Time Off
For ICE Co. to maintain an efficient work environment, we believe it is important for our employees to take time off when needed to rest and recharge.
If you would like to request time-off, please fill out the “time-off request form” below so what we may balance work flow with staffing needs.
Once submitted, your request will be sent to management for approval. You will be notified via email within seven days of management’s decision. To avoid scheduling conflicts, please submit your time-off request as soon as the need arises.
