Remodel services for retail and grocery spaces require efficient organization, scheduling work in phases or quick turnaround, and close coordination with general contractors, other trades, and merchandisers. The primary goal is to allow stores to remain open with as little interruptions to customers’ shopping experiences as possible. For these project types, our services often include power and lighting to check stand locations, offices, restrooms, and department area refresh, roll outs, upgrades, and/or maintenance.

Multi Family Housing
Typically stemming from a developer with an idea/concept, drawn into shape by an architect, and built into reality by a General Contractor paired with many sub contractors. Multi family housing is efficient in its footprint and has many programmatic elements to accommodate within. With an ever changing cityscape we enjoy the multifaceted partnerships of this type of project.
Apartment Complex Rehab
Not every project is ground up construction, many existing apartment complexes get refreshed all around the Pacific NW each year. Interior and exterior revisions include light poles, wall packs, porch lighting, electrical panel upgrades, mini split units, bath fans, kitchen upgrades.
Design
With each customer’s needs being unique, designing electrical installation can be completed in house or by working with one of our trusted electrical engineers. On the customer side it is usually a three part process, requiring design intent meetings, review, and revisions/approvals. During that process we discuss electrical programmatic elements, such as lighting controls and energy code compliance.
Coordination
Utility Coordination is required on some projects and the customer process happens side-by-side with the utility process, which entails submitting electrical load data to the utility contractor’s designer. The designer in turn creates drawings and develops a course of action for installation.
After the coordination with the utility and ownership is complete, we provide Facilitation with permitting jurisdictions for Electrical Plan Review and Permits by submitting the appropriate documentation.
We often work with other subcontracting trades, making it easy on the General Contractor by providing Coordination for Low Voltage and Fire Alarm scope of work.
